Take a tour of Studiotime

It's time to get organised.

Studiotime was born out of a desire to improve business time management. To have an organised workplace, you need more than just a long, never-ending list of tasks.

To Do Lists

Long lists are depressing. How can you make them shorter?

To Do Lists

Studiotime gives you the flexibility to manage tasks by due date, priority, person responsible and grouped by client and category. Your list might be long, but you can instantly refine it to your priorities for the day, keeping you and your team focused.

  • Filter down your list of tasks to what is important today
  • Record the time spent on any task on-the-fly, then use it to bill your client
  • Want something done? Write it down and delegate it

Bookings / Time Entries

Manage your schedule

Where does all your time go?

Track the time you and your team spend on tasks, and organise your schedule days or weeks ahead with Bookings.

  • Support for international time zones so you are always viewing local time
  • Detect any type of clash automatically so you never double-book
  • Create recorded entries that you can use to directly invoice clients

Messages

Communicate

How do you keep everyone in the loop?

Let's face it - sending carbon copy emails to all interested parties is tedious. If you don't use web based mail already, what happens when you move to a different computer or internet enabled device?

Studiotime has a simple messaging system that allows you to write a message, select the recipients and have an ongoing conversation on a particular subject. Recipients receive an email notification whenever a new message is posted.

  • Keep in touch with your clients and teams with ease

People & Companies

Who are you dealing with?

You can invite three types of users into your Studiotime account.

  • Clients: keep in touch with your clients - let them login to see their booking and invoice history
  • Staff: manage your staff, delegate them tasks, communicate with them
  • Contractors: let your extended team (those who are not part of your staff) access their jobs from a single system

Accounting

get paid

How do you get paid?

Studiotime lets you build invoices and send them to your clients in two ways:

  • Bookings: Using your bookings history with a client, you can bill them for all the time you have spent on their projects, at an hourly rate of your choice
  • Charges: Create charges to add specific pricing to your invoices. You can even enter negative charges to represent discounts or deposits paid

You still get paid directly by your clients, the same way you always have. When a payment is received you can mark the invoice as paid.

Sales tax such as GST in Australia is built in and supported. All you have to do is indicate in your settings whether you want to add tax to charges and bookings.
